1. We are looking to fill Account Executives positions. In this pivotal role, you will conduct prospecting and sales calls via phone, covering a wide geographical and horizontal market. You will also manage opportunities, pipeline and forecast on a weekly basis; conduct product demonstrations on the web; negotiate/prepare proposals; perform end-user requirements analysis to determine potential of prospects; ensure customer satisfaction through proper screening of user needs; research/resolve competitive issues; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to sell additional users/products; and provide feedback on products, marketing and other areas to appropriate team members. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of telesales experience in the software and/or Internet arena; demonstrated success in telesales; the ability to excel and thrive in a fast-paced phone sales environment; and excellent phone, prospecting and closing skills. 2. We’re looking for experienced Web Developers with Perl, Cold Fusion, Java, JavaScript, C++, HTML, IIS, Apache, NT and Solaris. Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to designing, writing design specifications, coding the applications in a structured format, writing test plans and executing tests.
