911 Solutions Technical and Online Marketing Assistant ProgramThis program makes Technical and Online Marketing help available to hundreds of small business and is intended to remove many barriers that keep small business owner from obtaining help. 911 Solutions offers help, ranging from filling-in temporary technical positions with volunteers to strategic assistance with online marketing plans and web development projects that are designed to either generated new revenues or enhance the customer's experience . These services are offered to small downtown businesses that were affected by the September 11th World Trade Center attacks. The intent of this program is to provide interim technical and marketing resources to companies while its business returns to sustainable levels. The Program also provides strategic assistance to new startup business in the form of business mentors, web development services and online marketing. "Downtown Manhattan has been dealt a significant economic blow, with hundreds of small businesses bearing the burden of the impact," said Armando Roman, President and CEO of 911 Solutions. Support provided through our 911 Technical and Online Marketing Program is designed to helped keep many small businesses operational during this difficult period. Organizations that have lost members of their workforce are, of course, more likely than others to face lingering fear and anguish. To varying degrees, all workers are likely to experience some grief, fear, anger, depression, or difficulty concentrating. They may call in sick far more often than before or have difficulty being productive when they are on the job. 911 Solutions Volunteer Technical and Marketing resources are design to help these business cope with the lost of personnel and the absence of the remaining work force. The most important thing employers can do during this time is to let staff members know their feelings are appropriate, to provide opportunities for those feelings to be expressed, and to allow time for healing to occur. We have line of volunteers that can help fill-in temporary positions on the technical end such as desktop support, network engineers and webmasters among other technical positions so that companies can concentrate on other important aspects of the business such as building customer confidence and acquiring new customers. A compassionate response on the part of a company and the use of our services may actually strengthen employee loyalty and improve productivity in the long run.
